I’m Ashley Turner, aka The Trixta, I’m a highly experienced close up magician based here in Leicestershire! I was born just outside of Loughborough so I know the area very well. I regularly perform at Leicestershire’s Premier Venues including, Kilworth House, Myth Barn, Hothorpe Hall, Stapleford Park, Belvoir Castle, Sutton Bonnington Hall, Prestwold Hall, The Belmont Hotel, Brooksby Hall and Keythorpe Manor.
What will I do?
All of my magic happens in your hands and under your nose! Close up Magic and incredible mind reading Dynamo and Derren Brown style. Cards are signed, lost and then appear in incredible locations, tricks with money, fire and borrowed objects along with the much talked about ‘Red Ball Trick.’ The deck of cards will turn into glass INSIDE your hands and I will predict your thoughts and actions before you have made them yourself.
Illusions, sleight of hand, close up magic, whatever you call it - it never ceases to amaze. I offer contemporary and cliche free (guaranteed) close up magic shows throughout Leicester. So I promise no rabbits, no hats & no playing card ties.

WEDDING MAGICIAN LEICESTER
I have been performing at Weddings for almost two decades and was recently named ‘Best Wedding Entertainment’ option for the East Midlands in the Wedding Industry Awards 2016!
A wedding magician is a great way of keeping all your guests entertained, filling the gaps in between the main events of your wedding day. Wedding magic is a really good ice-breaker. It's the ideal way to bring strangers together creating an immediate topic of conversation. I find through many years as performing as a wedding magician, the best times are as follows:
The Drinks Reception – The perfect ice breaker, I will mix and mingle with your guests showing them all incredible close up magic.
The Wedding Breakfast – Each table will see their own little magic show; this can be an ideal ice breaker for your guests who have not previously met each other.
The Room turn around – Post wedding breakfast there is a natural ‘lull’ where energy levels drop due to delicious food and red wine. Magic will energise the room and fill the time before the disco or band commence.
